Midlife Mumma

 About Me

The Midlife Mumma Manifesto 💋

Hey, I’m Rebecca — but you can call me Midlife Mumma.

Writer. Creator. Business strategist. Single mum of four. Woman who’s been through the kind of life lessons you can’t buy in a course.

I’ve built businesses, led teams, hit targets, and rebuilt myself from the ground up — more than once. I know what it’s like to hold it all together with one hand while chasing big dreams with the other. I’ve done corporate boardrooms and midnight breakdowns, parent-teacher nights and sales presentations — sometimes all in the same week.

Midlife taught me something powerful: you can be strong and soft, ambitious and authentic, sexy and strategic. You don’t have to pick. You just have to own it.

This space — Midlife Mumma — is for the women who’ve lived a little, loved hard, fallen down, and got back up with better boundaries and a sharper tongue. It’s for the ones chasing success without selling their soul, and who know that self-respect is the ultimate glow-up.

I’m here to show you that reinvention isn’t just possible — it’s powerful. You can raise kids, build empires, and still make time to sip your coffee hot and wear your heels high.

So, if you’re ready to stop shrinking, start shining, and build a life that feels as good as it looks — welcome home.

Because being a Midlife Mumma isn’t an age. It’s an attitude.

You’re standing in it.
